There's actually a news attached to this picture, which was reporting about this story competition held by SM.

Thanks for Bing's translation. The competition is set up for the The 2nd ASIA TOUR CONCERT “O”(오) ~SEOUL ENCORE, which will be held from October 26th to 28th. Fans can submit stories to TVXQ between October 19th and 20th to Cassiopeia@smtown.com. TVXQ members will read all the stories and choose 3 out of them that they think are the best. They will then invite the writers of these three stories as guests onto the concert stage, let them talk about their stories and give them gifts. Results of this competition will be released on TVXQ's iPle page: http://istyle.iple.com/tvxquca . (Dates TBA)

　

Well this news does seem urgent to me, maybe not urgent in the sense that we have to act, but the time frame given there are only 2 days!! I don't know how many fans will get to see this news before the whole thing ended. But it is somehow understandable, It's all the way in Seoul. We don't have the chance to go anyways so it's ok that we don't get info on it. BUT STILL, we wanna share this info 'cause it just sounds exciting!! Think of wuli oppa reading the stories, that's wonderful!!

I know I will not be able to go all the way to Seoul so the rewards in the competition does not really matter to me. But I still wanna write to them, well in English obviously. If by any chance they will take a look at it (I know oppa you are all really busy, we understand), I will be excited. Not lying at all. kekekeke...

And I have to point out, MICKY!! Where does those muscle come from?! Don't you wonder why Micky always have muscle in concert?! Didn't Hero said that wuli Yuchun's the skinniest person in the group?~ uhhhhh..
